"This hotel is well positioned to get to the centre and the Menin Gate, bith being easily walkable. Check-in was easy and breakfast had a vast choice. The rooms were clean, neat and spacious. The only issue we had, along with our sons who were in another room was the air conditioning was pretty poor. ..."

"Lovely hotel and so near Lille Eurostar. Only a short walk to the railway station and other amenities in Central Lille. Staff very friendly, room clean and very comfortable and the breakfast was excellent. Only drawback having only one lift operating which proved to be a little tedious at times. ..."

"The rooms smell like smoke. I suspect either People still smoke in the rooms or they haven't change the furniture since it was disallowed in France. There were some cigarettes holes in couch. I was there during a terrible heatwave and the hotel had no solution for the heat. Staff wanted to help but ..."
