I have stayed at this location multiple times, and every time the whole place is clean, cool and comfortable. The bar staff is so friendly and helpful and very welcoming.

The property looks nice and new, but it's not very clean, carpets are dirty with stains. We had a bit of difficulties since we got there. We didn't get the room that we booked and pay for. Apparently the hotel was all booked and only had rooms with one king bed. So end up getting two rooms in different floors. My kids wanted to go for a swim but when we got to the pool, the water looked foggy and dirty looking so that didn't work out either. We had added the option for breakfast, which we pay more for and apparently the chef or people that work in that area didn't show up to work and we didn't get any breakfast, so yes our weekend was something else. Not the best experience and just like the hotel is over price for what they are offering. It can definitely get better.

Bare bones, cool vibe. It's a very convenient stay, right off of I-20. They have ample free parking. There wasn't much interaction with staff because we were in and out, and we had no issues with the room. I wish there were free water bottles, but again it was bare bones. Decor was pop modern. The room was clean.

The only good thing was the gym which was great for a hotel. Only one person working the front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, everything. Had to go back down to desk 3x because keys didnt work because she couldnt keep room number straight. Room shade didnt go up so it felt like a prison cell. Worst of all refrigerator was set at 60 degrees and i have $300 medication that needs to be refrigerated. They didn't

The only issue was that there wasn’t space to put anything. The room itself was huge but there was no storage for a family of four. No where to put clothes, no dresser etc…
