"Pool was closed. Gym was a closet. Rooms were not cleaned properly. There was pubic hair all on shower walls. Ottoman had spilled drink on it and one of the beds had a dirty fitted sheet with new stains and not worn in stains. Breakfast was really lacking options coffee was watery.
