Property is a bit dated but clean and it provides good amenities. The complimentary breakfast was very good and complete. Our room was facing the street and it was hard to get a good night sleep. Lots of noise. Property is located in a central location close to everything.

We checked into the hotel after we had a poor experience with our BnB. The staff were always welcoming! Beautiful rooms! Very clean and very close to the heart of Florence!!! Breakfast was great!! The staff was helpful and accomodated any issues that arose. Speaking of, the initial room assigned to us was missing a shower door so when showering, water spilled every where on the floor. The staff assisted and got us in a new room but unfortunately the toilet stopped working in the room and the water temperature was unbearably but inconsistently hot. At times, it worked fine. The hotel had the artsy and historical aesthetic as expected but the walls in the room could use a touch up on the paint. Overall, stay was good. Staff was generous and did their best. Allowed us to leave bags for the day after check out as we had late night flights.
