The room was clean and modern. I loved the proximity to the Bargello Museum, Palazzo Vecchio and the Duomo. The room was cleaned daily. We also enjoyed the air conditioning.

Recommended. Don’t hesitate.

Confusing at first to access the building (because I didn’t filly read the instructions) I arrived to see a great big door with nowhere to enter the code I was given in advance. Long story short, I had to call the number they gave me (I had to tell them the number I would be calling from) and when my number showed on their display, I was buzzed in. Pretty cool. I walked up two flights to find a keypad for my code which took me to a foyer with a few more doors. I had a bit of trouble getting into my room but got it resolved quickly. The room was simple but nicely decorated. The bathroom was large and very nicely tiled. The shower was fantastic. There was a small fridge and some complimentary water & bread sticks which was great for a late evening arrival. It was a few minutes walk to a choice of piazzas for a choice of pizzas (see what I did there?). And not much further to Il Duomo etc. Which you should see at night as well as during the day. The street was a wee bit noisy but the price was fair and I would stay there again.

o ponto alto é a localização. não podia ser melhor para quem visitá Florença. chegada check in online pra nós 70 e 75 anos foi difícil. mas o responsável atendeu todas as nossas chamadas. elevador minino só pra uma pessoa. quarto bom, ar condicionado difícil dar conta do calor demasiado que fez nos dias que passamos lá.

Très bon emplacement de cet hôtel bon rapport qualité-prix il manque néanmoins quelques heures options pour que cela soit parfait par exemple faire le lit chaque jour, petit-déjeuner ou a minima mise à disposition de café et bouilloire à l'intérieur de la chambre

One of the best hotel that i had been.it's really nice, modern, clean and everything was perfect. there was no reception and everything goes by mobile, but Gara was allways reachable and answer right away. the only negative thing was that there was no elevator and the room on the 3rd floor. and i wish if there was more mirror in the room. otherwise everything was good and i'll definitely stay in it again.
