The guest house was in a very good location. Bang opposite a parking lot. So you could really park there for whatever amounts that you needed to park the right down there. So you start walking, it's the next street, is there is the river you can walk through the bridge. You can walk through the streets or Florence. It's just amazing location, beautiful property. The rooms are big and beautiful paintings on the walls of the ceiling loved it and had a great time.

Absolutely perfect in the heart of Florence walkable to all major attractions. The building itself was really cool too with a lovely courtyard garden for great pics. Host was super accommodating. Thanks!

Arrived mid afternoon, they did inform us that there would be nobody to check us in and left instructions on getting the key. The room was very tight, dirty, dark and dingy, nothing like the photos on the website. We immediately vacated in order to find other accomodation losing our first of 2 days in Florence. I was having problems with my phone so i was unable to immediately contact the hotel I did let them know that night when we had secured accomodation I am requesting a full or a least 1 day refund as we were unable to stay because the room was not clean, bed appeared to have been slept in without changing the linen etc Photos attached do not do justice to the lack of cleanliness in the room

The hotel was very nice. The staff was very responsive via the app, as it was a virtual check-in location. We needed to leave our baggage before check in and they were very accommodating. Lots of restaurants as well as a grocery store within 1-2 minutes walk.

Great stay! Very comfortable bed and bathroom and the staff was very helpful. Our toilet had a small leakage and they sent someone to fix it right away. The location is great, about 5-10 minutes from the city centre with tons of nice bars and restaurants nearby. We will return! :)

Se trata de um local quase q abandonado. Na chegada já notamos lixos nao recolhidos, dedordem e falta de estrutura. O café que foi adquirido na reserva, se restringia a um paleativo em uma cafeteria proxima. O mesmo todos os dias. Quase humilhante. Localizada excelente, mas apenas isso.

O Guest House é muito bem localizado! Na frente de uma estação de ônibus que leva a todos os lugares da cidade. Ao lado, tem um supermercado que facilita comprar coisas de ultima hora. Espaço limpo. A unica coisa ruim é que não tem ninguém na recepção. Toda comunicação é feita por Whatsapp. E, no meu caso, o banheiro ficava fora do quarto - que, apesar de individual, era incomodo ter que sair do quarto para ir ao banheiro.
