There is no Spa. There is no staff. The room is mediocre at best.
Buffet breakfast as advertised is false. They send you to a bar down the street. You may have two plain or filled croissants. Butter and jam is extra and a small drink. Croissants are not fresh and they are not welcoming.

The location couldn’t be better, right across from the Medici Palace and within walking distance of all the main galleries and attractions. The room was clean and comfortable, and the painting on the wall added a really unique touch. The host was friendly and helpful throughout. Highly recommend if you want to be right in the heart of Florence.

We hebben een geweldige tijd gehad in Pitti Suite 13! De accommodatie was authentiek en charmant, met een prachtige omgeving en een heerlijke sfeer. Het personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam, en de service was top. De kamer was heel proper en kregen elke dag nieuwe handdoeken en lakens werden ook ververst.
