Recently renovated modern apartment located in a very central position a few steps from Piazza Della Repubblica, on the third floor of a typical Florentine building. The well-kept and comfortable apartment consists of three double bedrooms, a large living room, an equipped kitchenette and two bathrooms with shower. To complete the property, a lovely habitable terrace overlooking the tower of Palazzo Vecchio. Equipped with Wi-Fi and air conditioning.  A set of towels and linens not existing or not associated with code in Kalisi or incorrect bed code is available for each guest. The apartment is located in a limited traffic area, we recommend parking in a private garage.

Service limitation: The temperature values ​​allowed in our apartment are 19°C (+ 2°C tolerance) up to a maximum of 21° C. Based on Decree no. 383 of 6/10/2022 of the Ministry of Ecological Transition, for the winter season, the period of switching on the systems for the Municipality of Florence is allowed from 8 November to 7 April, for a maximum of 11 hours per day.
Pay attention to your house keys. In case of loss or non-delivery of the keys, a cost of 50 Euros will be charged for replacing the lock for security reasons.
For urgent interventions caused by the guest outside office hours (from 10pm to 8am) a payment of EUR100 will be required.  . City Tax: € 6,00 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 7 nights

Arrival between 20:00 and 22:00 is subject to 50 late arrival fee.
