It is located in front of the tram stop "Federiga" and only 15 minutes from Santa Maria Novella train station and 11 minutes from Florence Airport.

This beautiful apartment is ideal for all types of travelers. It is located on the first floor with elevator and is perfect for exploring the heart of the city on foot. The main sights are all around the apartment, within easy reach.

The apartment, very bright and quiet, was completely renovated and finely furnished at the end of 2022.
It is equipped with Armored Door and is characterized by wooden fixtures. At its entrance there is a comfortable living area where there is a dining table with chairs, a comfortable sofa bed and a Smart TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime Video and YouTube to entertain even the little ones.

The kitchen is new and has been made with light colors matching perfectly with the floor; the latter is complete with everything, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, kettle, mocha and of course a complete set of pots, pans, dishes and cutlery. Coffee and tea are offered in order to meet your every need.

It consists of a double room very cozy and bright which guarantees the right privacy whether you are a group of friends or a large family.
It is furnished with Queen-Size double bed in memory foam and are equipped with wardrobe and air conditioning. Comfortable memory foam cushions are also provided.

The bathroom has a bathtub, sink, toilet, bidet, hairdryer and free of charge you will find a 100% Made in Italy courtesy set composed of Shampoo, Body-Lotion and Body Soap.
