This is the place to stay in Florence

This hotel is an amazing place to stay for the value and outstanding staff and service, i wish all hotels were modeled after the Drury! It exceed all my families expectations. I have only had better at hotels costing twice as much!

Awesome Breakfast, Perfect Spot!

Check-in and check-out were seamless - after we realized we had to pick up the phone to get in the front door (since we checked in at 11pm). Bar & kitchen were open until midnight, and the free breakfast was probably the best we've ever had at a standard hotel in the US; sausage patties, potatoes, eggs, biscuits, gravy, two different-sized waffle makers, fresh pancakes, hot oatmeal, bagels & bread, cereals - it was outstanding! Perfect midway stop on our park trip between Kings Island and Kentucky Kingdom

The staff was exceptional! I want to thank the front desk attendees and all the staff for their kindness, patience, and always welcoming and informative. The hotel was always clean! My only complaint was the chemicals in the pool were extremely strong. Otherwise, I will definitely be staying at Drury again!

I feel like the lady at the front desk couldn’t have been more bothered to check me in. But the lady working the bar restaurant down stairs was wonderful. As was the guy, Chris, who would come to check on me when she had other things to check on.

A Great place for our family to unwind after the C

All the staff was great. The complimentary dinner was unexpected and greatly appreciated. This was our first time staying at a Drury Hotel and we will be looking for them in the future
