We are a family of 4 who had the pleasure in staying at the Fornace Suites. The staff is very friendly. Although their lobby isn't 24 hour we were given numbers on how to reach staff if there were any issues or needed anything. We had one issue the first night but the host assisted us as soon as possible and all was fine. The room was absolutely exquisite and comfortable for a family of 4. Clean and amenities were great. Lighting could be a little better in the bathroom but the weather was hot when I visit Florence so all I needed was sunscreen. Another option I wish they had was the tv didn't cast from our phones and it would've been nice to watch out Netflix prime or apple tv. The breakfast was incredible ! And you had plenty of time to enjoy. The options were great and all fresh and delicious. The staff at the restaurant were also very kind and hospitable. I truly enjoyed the kind staff. Location is quiet and still close enough to the action. I can not wait to come back for a longer stay at the Fornace Suites.

Firenze comfortable condo-like suite.

Great location, very clean and very quiet making for a good night’s rest. Loved the coffee shop and restaurant nearby. Water and juice in our room fridge was refilled by hotel staff daily, very refreshing after a hot day walking.

The room decor was beautiful. We enjoyed just relaxing in the room. The room had a kitchen as well. The taxi stand was located across the street, which made catching a taxi into Florence very easy. We found several site seeing locations within walking distance of the hotel as well. The breakfast is across the street at a wonderful cafe. Delicious! Highly recommend.

A lovely boutique hotel.

The hotel room was beautifully directed and had everything we needed. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a quiet neighbourhood just outside the centre of Florence but only 15 mins walk from the city centre.

A gorgeous suite, quiet and felt safe. It far exceeded expectations. We met staff only at arrival and she took time to show us around the facility and answer questions. Great food nearby with many options. A nice fifteen minute walk into the heart of Florence. I would highly recommend this location.

The property was as we had imagined, a boutique hotel concept with unique design, equipped with smart appliances including curtains. The staff were quite friendly and helpful. Dailh breakfast vouchers were provided, which was quite flexible in terms of redemption options.

Beautiful and spacious property that is close enough to walk and sightsee, but just far enough to be a little bit quieter. If you are staying more than a couple of days, I would forego the breakfast add on as it includes limited options.
