Bright two-room apartment, in modern style, on the second floor without lift located in the quiet but central Via dei Pilastri. In just a few steps you can reach all the main attractions. Not existing or not associated with code in Kalisi or wrong code of the city. The apartment consists of a fully equipped kitchenette with dining area, living room with television, double bedroom with private bathroom and a second bathroom with a spacious shower. Equipped with Wi-fi connection, air conditioning, washing machine and dryer.

Service limitation: The temperature values ​​allowed in our apartment are 19°C (+ 2°C tolerance) up to a maximum of 21° C. Based on Decree no. 383 of 6/10/2022 of the Ministry of Ecological Transition, for the winter season, the period of switching on the systems for the Municipality of Florence is allowed from 8 November to 7 April, for a maximum of 11 hours per day.
Pay attention to your house keys. In case of loss or non-delivery of the keys, a cost of 50 Euros will be charged for replacing the lock for security reasons.

Amazing Location and Wonderful Accommodations

Property was impeccably maintained and offered style and comfort beyond our expectations. The location was near groceries and all the sights Florence offers. We even explored more local environments where we felt part of the community. I would stay here over and over again.

Great stay, overall. Very modern apartment in a quieter part of town and easily walkable to major attractions. There were no check-in instructions, but when I reached out, the host had us meet him at the apartment. He helped us carry our luggage up the steep stairs and walked us through the place. He even provided a free bottle of prosecco! The only downside of the place was that the smaller bathroom didn't have a pleasant smell, so we didn't end up using it. Thankfully, the main bathroom was very nice and large. Overall, would reccomend!

Perfect Spot

We loved our two-week stay. We wanted to be close enough to the main sites but not in the thick of the crowds and noise. This quiet street was just blocks from the popular sites but also close to more local restaurants and bars, which we much preferred. More importantly, the supermarket was super close for grabbing things to cook. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to cook, and had a nice big fridge. It was insanely hot in August, but the four AC units worked amazingly well. I will share that we did find some of the linens to be dirty, but management responded and replaced them in a timely manner. When we return to Florence, we'll be sure to see if this apartment is available again.
