We had the most wonderful seven night stay at the Helvetia and Bristol last week. From the moment we entered, we were treated so kindly. The entire staff, from front desk to housekeeping to doormen to restaurant staff, were so warm, friendly, and helpful. The rooms were spacious and gorgeous, and turndown service a delight each night, with slippers laid out for us and chocolates on our pillows. The location was central to everything. Truly, there is not a single negative thing I could say - this is a magical hotel. We’ll be back!
