Overall nice stay

We stayed here one night on our way down to Florida. The front desk was very nice and the fastest check-in process i have ever had. The elevators were out of service so we had to take the stairs up to our room. There was also a gigantic bettle in our room which scared the kids. Once we took care of the beetle situation, the room was comfy. The next morning, we had the complimentary breakfast which was terrific. I would stay there again. Hopefully, minus any beetles in the room.

Stayed here while passing through on a roadtrip. Front desk staff were friendly. Only downside was that elevators were out of service. They did offer to cancel our reservation due to this but did not offer anything else to compensate for the elevator being down. Otherwise was a good stay overall.

The room was great~clean and a comfortable bed. The elevator was broken. The two desk clerks did not offer to help us to the second floor with all our luggage and other belongings. We had a lot of items, because we were on an extended trip. We told the clerk that we had a lot to carry up. She and the young male clerk offered us no assistance. The next morning several guests offered to help us carry our items down. Very nice of them!

Room was clean but bathroom was outdated and stained tub. Pool and hot tub were super old and paint was chipped …hot tub looked very unsanitary and green. not what was pictured in photos. Person who checked us in was not super friendly and was busy talking to his other co worker instead of helping us while we stood there a waited. Had a stroller and the elevator was broken… he shrugged his shoulders and said he could only give us a room on second floor. Which was fine but stairwells were super dirty and we had little ones.

When we checked in there was a sign up that the elevators were down. They didn't have any rooms left on the 1st floor so we had to go to the 2nd. The room smelled so bad like there was a dog in it prior. Maintenance sprayed air freshnerer but it didn't help. We asked to switch rooms and we had to go to the 3rd floor. The room was clean and smelt fine. Breakfast in the morning was good, but the pancake machine was down. I think we just got them on a bad day. However, the front desk guy was very kind and accomodating.
