It was a front desk lady she was in a hurry to get off and kept telling me my card was declined. I know it was money on my debit card. But Lady came in he didn’t had hair she made my stay very pleasant she helped me out when I had a headache she was great the one with the dreads was horrible they call her J if I’m not mistaken
