Breakfast was pretty good with good selection. Front desk staff arranged for a bag breakfast to go on one morning as we had an early excursion which was very nice. Air conditioning worked flawlessly. Shower was really small and a few holes were in the wall of the room. Locate on a fun street with lots of action. Coin laundry very close.

A great, clean room in a brilliant location in Florence. Close to the train station for easy transport options and also close to the main major sites of Florence. Lots of great food options and shops nearby. Lovely, quiet room, appeared to be recently renovated which was lovely.

Location is excellent; very close to the train station and the historic area. All around is restaurants and cafes; the Saturday night it was noisy in the evening if you want a very quiet place. The buffet breakfast was unexpectedly good! The front desk people were great and helpful, especially Franco was exceptionally friendly! We left the hotel with great memories! Great place to stay! PS: we arrived much earlier than the check in time; we were allowed to leave our luggage in a place and went to tour the town for a few hours.

The hotel is old and rundown. There was no ventilation in the bathroom and the shower curtain wasn’t long enough so water splashed out onto the floor. However, the staff was helpful, and the hotel is relatively close to the train station.

The breakfast menu was standard and the breakfast room was cramped and not pleasant or relaxing. The neighborhood was vibrant and fun with lots of shops and restaurants. The staff was pleasant and helpful with directions and travel questions. We had a problem with the shower which didn’t get resolved before our stay ended.
