The panoramic penthouse is located on the fourth and last floor with a lift that arrives directly into the house and has 3 terraces overlooking the city of Florence and its size is about 140 square meters, all rooms are quiet and bright, the heating is single and in each room is placed a split for air conditioning, there are also ceiling fans in the bedrooms, which allow our guests to have a fresh air.
There are 3 bedrooms, 2 of which are doubles, one of which has an en suite bathroom, large wardrobes and a terrace. There are 3 bathrooms, 2 of which are complete with shower and bidet.
The kitchen is habitable and complete with all appliances, washing machine and dishwasher and has two of its own windows.
The living room, has a sofa bed, made to measure, king size, very comfortable, the table can accommodate up to 8 people, and also enjoys a breathtaking view over the monuments of the city and a large terrace.
The flat is a 1 minute walk from Boboli and Palazzo Pitti,and an 8 minute walk from Ponte Vecchio,there are restaurants,cafes,supermarkets and pharmacies within easy reach.
The Central Station of Santa Maria Novella,is about 20 minutes away walking. . City Tax: € 6,00 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 7 nights
