This “hotel” was absolutely disgraceful. It shouldn’t even be open for business. Expedia should not even list this as a property. Check in was at 3pm didn’t get in till 630pm. Get to hotel ceiling tile is falling out of the entrance. Looks abandoned. Gets into room absolutely foul flour is sticky nothing is clean shower is covered in dirt and backing up dirty water. Cigarette burns all over the place. Furniture looks like it was picked up on the side of the road. We had to go buy our own bleach and wipes to clean the place to be able to shower. Walked around in shoes the whole stay. Lock to door was broken off. I have so many pictures of this awful motel hotel.

There were cockroaches in the room and they wouldnt let me switch rooms when i asked. Waited at the desk for 15 minutes and no one showed up for me to check out so i called them and then told me to leave the keys in the room so i left the room keys in the room and now they wont return my deposit because i didnt check out properly despite following their instructions

I would not let my worst enemy stay here. The place was dirty and the rooms smelled. They didnt give us the rooms we had booked. We canceled on the spot. This place needs to be condemned and torn down. It is nothing like advertised on line.

I like the room it was great. I book here because of it had a swimming pool (it was dirty and not even ready to be used. I wanted breakfast it did not have anything just coffee o hot water for tea. It look like it’s getting renovated because just some rooms were available. I hope when they finish it like the picture on the website.

The outside of the doors were rusted off there were odd people lounging all over the property and the smell was not good of a skunk

This property has so many things wrong with it, it should NOT be part of Expedia's line up, it is that bad, nowhere close to ANYone's standards. Plus the employees LIE. I asked and was told breakfast was 6-9 but in fact there was ZERO breakfast even though it's stated they have a "full" breakfast on the website. No entrance light switch. Light switches that do nothing. No hot water in shower.No lip on shower edge so the water just pours on the floor. No fan cover in one bathroom and couldn't turn that jet engine sounding fan off. Other bath had no fan at all and a toilet that runs. No shelves at all in full size fridge. Not one dresser, not one hanger, zero place and zero way to hang anything. TV said it has apps but there were none. Construction going on in the back of the hotel, but honestly it appears they "redid" (if you can call it that) the room we were in, but horribly. You cannot just add a new sink to on an old counter with rusted doorframes and call it a "redo". Marks all over the doors. The tub was full of paint drops. But when the water never got hot it didn't matter because i couldn't get in it! There was no clear marked entrance to the place. The front entrance looked closed, it was so dark inside, that we drove around the whole building looking for it. The pavement around the whole hotel was full of so many huge and deep potholes. Unbelievable.

This hotel was not a typical MainStay Suites. It looks like they took over a local run down motel and put their name on it. You can tell they are doing some renovations, but even the rooms that are already renovated still need some work. Our bathroom door was coming apart at the bottom and did not have a locking door knob. The door knob on the inside of the bathroom door was covered in dry plaster. Our front door did not lineup with the door frame properly and needed some extra muscle to get it to close all the way. The tub had a large rectangular white stick on cover up an area of the tub that was scraped or messed up somehow, but didn't even cover all the marks. The ad for the hotel said breakfast was included. Unless a liquid coffee breakfast is your thing, there was nothing else provided. The eat in area where I assume breakfast might normally be served was blocked off. I booked 2 non-smoking rooms, yet one of them smelled like a smoke factory. When asked for a different room, they claimed they were full and came down with some kind of fragrance spray. They sprayed the curtain and area over the fan/blower and said, "There you go." What the heck? And there was an outlet in one room, right next to the bed that did not work at all. I would not stay here again and makes me question the MainStay Suites brand now.
