Amazing stay

Fantastic stay and cannot wait to return. Everything was 100%. The bed was comfortable the coffee was the best I have had in all of Europe and the location was ideal.

One of the best Boutique Hotels, I have ever staid in my life. Location 10, Rooms 10, Cleanless 10, Decoration 10 (modern arts around the Hotel!). Breakfast 10 in a beautiful Roof Top. All the staff is always with a smile asking if you need something. Fully recommended! Oviously I will come back.

Extremely difficult getting to the property. If you are a 1st time driver or new driver to Italy it may be very tough getting through the crowded streets to the front of the hotel. Another downside was when the car is valeted you have to tell the front desk at least an hour prior to get your car out. Totally ruined plans one morning not knowing this. Other than that front desk is extremely helpful, rooms are nice, and the hotel is in a great location with plenty to do and eat around the hotel.

Great hotel!

The hotel was great. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was small. It was very clean and exceptionally quiet. The air conditioning was very good. The breakfast was outstanding. Parking was an additional fee but was very easy. It was basically valet parking and convenient. The location of the hotel was close to all the "sights". I would highly recommend this hotel and will stay there again.

We stayed for four nights in May at Hotel Milu, and it was a wonderful experience. The hotel felt comfortable and surprisingly spacious for its central location. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of delicious options, and the staff were very attentive—my child is allergic to eggs, and they took great care to accommodate his needs. The hosts were warm, friendly, and always willing to help. Be sure to ask them for gelato recommendations—their picks were fantastic!

From the moment we arrived, I was impressed by the exceptional service and attention to detail. The staff was incredibly warm, professional, and eager to make my stay as comfortable as possible. Location-wise, the hotel is ideally situated—close to city center and 10 min walk from Train station. Great hotel, in a great location

3rd time staying here. Perfect location to walk to all the main tourist sites. It’s a boutique hotel filled with modern art. The welcome is lovely, the rooms are cool, comfortable and have everything you need. The top floor is where they serve a delicious buffet breakfast sitting out on the roof terrace, or you can pop up there anytime to get a coffee and a snack. Love the ambience and would happily return.

We booked three rooms here and all I can say is this place was amazing! It was centrally located within walking distance of all the sites you want to visit, plenty of shopping, and dining. The street itself is extremely clean and nice. There are actually horse draw carriages that stroll down the street from time to time which we could see or hear with our windows open from time to time. This added to the beauty of the area. Our concierge Alessia greeted us with a smile and friendly demeanor which was very welcoming after a long day of travel. She helped us with any questions we had and went over all the property amenities with us in detail. Each concierge at the property was very friendly and helpful during our stay! The rooms were very clean which is one of the most important things I look for at a hotel, so we were all very happy about the cleanliness. The breakfast was very good, and the staff was very accommodating. I would 100% stay here again.

Lovely and stylish boutique hotel in a top location. The staff is young, motivated, and super friendly; the rooms are spacious and nicely furnished, beds comfortable. If your room goes to the street, count on some noise at night - Via Tornabuoni is much frequented and there are street musicians. However, the location is top, this is the nicest and most expensive shopping street in all of Florence, and the staff went above and beyond for us to feel comfortable.
