The hotel’s centrality makes this property an immediate choice for me. I loved that we could walk everywhere and that public transportation was also easily accessible. Our room was well equipped with all the basics, and not to mention very clean. Only downside would be the shower; it was VERY small and in need of some remodeling. Apart from that, you can’t beat this place!

It was directly across the street from the Palace. And in behind the hotel has the most charming streets and plazas with outstanding cafes and restaurants. The staff were so helpful in navigating Florence and suggesting things to do.

Really like the ambiance of the place, large spacious room and the location is very convenient. Staff clean room daily. Only two suggestions for improvements: 1. The toilet is located too close to the shower, don’t really have enough space to sit straight, had to sit sideways. 2. Really appreciate staff to clean and change towel daily, but room doesn’t have a note to hang by the door to refuse cleaning. It would be nice to have that option if you don’t need daily cleaning. Other than that, everything is good. Staff is also very nice and friendly and has an old time charm about it.

The room was large, clean and comfortable. The property is in a great location. The biggest issue was that it was noisy. There was a dog that barked every day/night. You could hear people coming and going and their conversations in the hallway in the evenings.
