En un principio no sirvió el aire acondicionado pero el dueño lo puedo resolver el único inconveniente es que la cama para dormir esta como en un segundo piso y hasta alla no llega el aire acondicionado asi que si me dió demasiado calor…. Y por otro lado no salia agua caliente pero pues se medio compesaba porque no estaba tan frío el studio.

TV and dryer did not work and contact never got back after notified. Carpet was dirty so we rolled it up out of the way. Stairs to loft are irregular size. Location was great and transportation was readily available.

DO NOT STAY HERE...EVER!

No Hot Water!!! Yes, somehow they forgot to turn the gas switch on, and did not tell me, nor did they answer any of my calls or emails. When I asked for a refund for the last 2 nights, as I had to move, they refused! Also noisy (bus stop outside the window), rugs were dirty and the stairs to the loft are insanely abnormally tall to use, especially in the middle of the night. Very unprofessional to expect a client to not have hot water to take a shower! No compensation was offered either. Hotels.com gave me a 20% voucher at least.

Hubo un cambio de apartamento de última hora. El nuevo apartamento estaba bien situado y bien climatizado. Mejoraría los utensilios de la cocina, por ejemplo faltaría alguna que otra cucharilla o algún trapo. Tampoco había azúcar. Nuestra persona de contacto estaba muy atenta, y si le huberamos pedido esto nos lo hubiera traído. Tampoco fue muy grave.

Ainda bem que não seguimos os comentários daqui! Eu e meu noivo tivemos uma experiência ótima nesse apartamento. A cozinha está totalmente equipada, com todos os utensílios essenciais. Além disso, o apartamento conta com ar condicionado, água quente, rádio, TV, e uma ótima conexão de internet. A parte do colchão no mezanino não foi algo que nos incomodou, já sabíamos que era assim no momento em que fechamos a reserva. Checkin e checkout foram fáceis.
