Ramaglianti Apartment

Comfortable studio apartment in a central location, on the back of Piazza Pitti. It can accommodate up to 2 guests. Located on the first floor without elevator of a typical Florentine building with access from the street. Strategic location, a few steps from the Boboli Gardens, Ponte Vecchio and the main tourist attractions. This studio apartment consists of a kitchenette equipped with fridge, stove, dishwasher, utensils and everything needed for cooking. The studio is completed with a double bed with dining table, wardrobe corner and a spacious bathroom with shower. Wifi connection and washing machine available to guests. Equipped with air conditioning. A set of towels and sheets available for each guest. To reach the studio you need to go up a flight of stairs. Located in a lively and dynamic neighborhood, full of services, restaurants and typical shops. It is located in a limited traffic area, it is not possible to park in the surrounding streets, it is recommended to park in a private garage.
Service limitations: The permitted temperature values ​​in our apartment are 19°C (+ 2°C tolerance) up to a maximum of 21°C.
According to Decree No. 383 of 6/10/2022 of the Ministry of Ecological Transition, for the winter season, the period of switching on the systems for the Municipality of Florence is permitted from November 8th to April 7th, for a maximum of 11 hours per day.
Pay attention to the house keys. In case of loss or failure to deliver the keys, a cost of 50 Euros will be charged for replacing the lock for security reasons.

Great location

The pictures does not do this little apartment justice. It's really cute and clean and comfortable. Had everything that we needed and in a great location, few minutes walking to ponte vecchio, duomo and the uffizi gallery. I only wished that the AC could have worked better. The room did not get cool enough. I went in June at the peak of summer so it would have been nice to have that work more efficiently. Overall stay was amazing!

My only complaint is the ability to get a taxi at this property. After several failed attempts to schedule a taxi I contacted the property manager and they were unable to schedule a taxi. So we set out on foot, luggage in hand trying to find a taxi stand. Thanks to google maps we found a taxi and made it to the train station on time. Over all it was a very pleasant stay

The apartment is cosy, clean and has everything you need. It's in a great location just a few mins from Ponte Vecchio and from great restaurants, cafes and market area. The major problem is the road noise which the single pane windows have no chance of blocking out. If you want a quiet place to stay, this is not for you.

Fantastic Florence Stay!

We stayed here for three nights and had a perfect time. The location is unbeatable! The bed was surprisingly comfortable, the shower water pressure was great, the check-in process was easy, in unit laundry and drying rack was fantastic, and the team was very communicative and helpful. I can’t recommend this place enough!
