Todo nos gustó, el cuarto muy lindo y limpio como un balcón, colchones cómodos, sábanas y toallas limpias, desayuno excelente y con variedad, el personal adorado. Un poco retirado del centro pero el transporte es muy fácil y cercano. Recomiendo este hospedaje. EXCELENTE!!

Florence’s best kept secret! Large clean rooms, ours had a large balcony so we could easily sit outside. On quiet residential street with supermarket at one end and bistro at other. Few minutes walk to T1 tram line which runs regularly to midnight. Exit at S.M Novella Train station and then straight walk down to centre of city in 10mins. Friendly staff and good breakfast. Large social common room. Did hear some noise from other rooms but overall great stay.

Amazing experience. The property is far from the SMN station but can be easily arrived at through the local tram. The staff is super helpful and very friendly. The brkfst was also nice and the nearby area is also great. The only request if a TV can be provided in family room.

Hotel was really nice, breakfast was excellent, staff was very helpful, close to the tram, room with a nice view from the balcony, laundry facilities onsite was very convenient. One interesting tidbit is that the toilet was inside the shower so after taking a shower, toilet was all wet. Hotel is also in a residential area so dining options are very limited.

I was worried about a bedbug issue as I saw a comment after booking but the single room I stayed was clean. However, I would not recommend if you are too sensitive to sound as you can hear the water running through the pipe in the wall all night. The sound did not bother me that much.

Friendly and professional

This is a very friendly and professional facility in proportion to its prices with a decent location, an excellent breakfast option and fast wi-fi connection. The fridge and hair dryer in the room were particularly appreciated as well. The only problem during this time of the year were the mosquitoes, which kept getting inside the room despite all the windows closed. Perhaps some anti-mosquito air fresheners could be added to the rooms to address this. Overall, I recommend this hotel for a variety of stay types in Florence.

Perfect place to stay. Great breakfast! Comfort

We stayed for 4 days, traveling to close points and back at night. It was very handy. There was a tram three blocks from the hostel. Very handy.

Excelente escolha

Um dos melhores locais que já fiquei. O espaço é novo e a acomodação é gigantesca. O quarto é limpo diariamente e é possível notar o cuidado que a equipe possui com a limpeza em todos os cantos do hotel. Café da manhã muito bem servido e baita diferencial. Centro histórico é de fácil acesso através de transporte público ou bicicleta.
