Definitely exceptional!!

This was the perfect Bed and Breakfast in Florence! So glad we chose this beautiful villa! Our room was spacious, and the bathroom was huge! Breakfast in the mornings was fantastic! Our host was so kind as to even bring us breakfast in a basket to our room the night prior to our early departure the following day! Location was amazing, just a short walk to restaurants, stores, and the Duomo. This place was exceptional in every way! Would highly recommend for its excellent service, cleanliness, and location! Looking for a gem of a place to stay in Florence? This is DEFINITELY THE PLACE!

A Personal Hideaway In Florence

I would absolutely stay here again specifically because of the outstanding personal service. My room was beautiful and the breakfast sublime. I only wish the bed had been more comfortable in such a lovely setting.

Amazing B&B - Highly Recommend

Amazing place to stay. The rooms are beautiful and the staff is wonderful. There is even a garden area if you wish to spend some time outside. I can not say enough about the wonderful staff!!! Unique and historical B&B that was by far our favorite on our Italian journey. The air conditioner was a big concern for me and worked beautiful in extremely hot weather. Very large bathroom and shower and was able to accommodate a 6'4" person, which was not the case in most places we stayed in Italy.

Such a beautiful place to stay. Staff truly made us feel like family. Room was lovely and huge. In a quiet, residential area, but close enough to walk to the train station (but do yourself a favor and take a taxi to/from when you've got your luggage. If I could rate this beyond a 5, I would!!

Great place out of touristy area fantastic staff

We stayed over a weekend, the staff could not have been more helpful. It's a good 15 minutes walk to central orence but really no issue even in the hot weather because the buildings and scenery are interesting. Try out a restaurant nearby where all the locals go, much nicer than overpriced tourist traps in the city centre.

Hotel is clean and staff are very friendly. Rooms are huge and breakfast is great especially for a city like Florence. Location while it's slightly further away from old city, it's easily overcome with taking buses which adds the fun to it

Beautiful B&B with friendly staff. A great find!

My wife and I enjoyed our stay at this B&B. Our room was tastefully decorated, spacious and comfortable. The bathroom also was quite roomy and modern with marble floors and designer fixtures. The pictures of the rooms on the website are accurate and representative of what you will experience on your stay. Continental breakfast is available in the mornings and the kitchen staff will prepare eggs for you on request. The location is just under a mile from Galleria dell'Accademia. We found that most of the sites in the city center are about a 20 minute walk from the B&B. There a few bus stops nearby that will take you to the city center if you choose not to walk. It's a pleasant and safe walk to the city center and we didn't utilize the bus. The news stand close to the property sells bus tickets and the B&B keeps a number of tickets available for sale to the guests.

Very nice hotel at Florence

An enjoyable stay for us (a group of 3 - retired couple and their grown-up son). The premises is well kept and very very clean (the mother is a prick-y person). The down to details decoration and antique-feel elements themselves are a monument by itself.

Very welcoming and outlined all the directions to major sites in Florence on a map they gave to us. The map showing where quality eating establishments were located nearby was excellent. Plenty of area in our room for our extended stay. Would recommend to everyone. The bathroom was exceptionally large and clean and walk in robe had a large hanging space for his and hers clothing.

Perfect for a stay in Florence

This was our first time away from our children for years and could not have asked for a better place to stay. The Villa has a very romantic atmosphere and has the feel of a 5 star Hotel and not a B and B. We enjoyed the fact that it was not in the centre of Florence and was only a 15 minute walk to the main attractions. Would we go back? YES

Phenomenal place. The hotel was clean and decorated very well. Our room was beautiful. The restroom was amazing and the breakfast was in this magnificent dining room. The hotel is in great part of town. I highly recommend this place for your stay in Florence.

Florence's Hidden Gem

Well appointed B&B with six beautifully decorated rooms.and spacious accommodations located in a quiet neighborhood yet walking distance to all strategic sites. The owner takes pride in the B&B and attends to each guest as they are unique. The villa is more than 100 years old but well kept. The rooms are spacious with high ceilings and look like the photos on its website. We were pleased with its service and was the best of all accommodations we had in Italy. A special thanks to Florina for making breakfast and lovely conversation each morning.

Beautiful villa with personalised service

Relais Villa Antea is a family-run B&B with six beautifully decorated rooms. The owner takes pride in the B&B and tries its best to make our stay comfortable. The villa is more than 100 years old but well kept. The rooms are spacious and look like the photos on its website. The host attended to our emails enquiries promptly and assisted us in making restaurant reservations. We are pleased with its service. The staff are friendly and helpful. The location is outside of Florence city and it is about 15 minute walk to the historic city. This is one of the reasons we chose the location as we rented a car and couldn't park in the restricted zone within the historic area.
