Although the price is a little steep for the amenities provided, the location is absolutely unmatched! From the room details and convenient location just minutes from the Duomo to the wonderful Maria who made our family feel at home. Maria was very attentive and such a joy to speak with as she made our cappucinos each morning. The breakfast was a good variety and fresh. We chose a family room that looked to be located away from the main street, so very quiet and ample room for our family of 5 to share the space. We would stay here again.

We loved this hotel, the location was amazing, in the middle of all the action. The room was clean and recently renovated. Maria was our host and she was awesome, super helpful and friendly. The property was centrally located so that every place I needed to get to was within walking distance. The staff was very friendly. I had to check-in after 7 pm and Daniel provided easy and clear instructions to check myself in. I also had to check-out really early, and Daniel again was very helpful in setting up a 4 am taxi pickup on a Sunday morning. Staying at this place made me feel like I was renting out a nice little apartment in the center of Florence! Would definitely stay here again, and would recommend staying here to others!
