Fantastic stay!!

Our stay at Ruby Bea was phenomenal. Staff were super friendly, approachable and helpful. We loved everything about the hotel and its location. A short walk from the hustle and bustle of the city highlights, so environment was quiet. Entire visit was great and would definitely stay at the Ruby Bea Hotel again!

We had a great stay at Ruby Bea in Florence and would definitely recommend it. The room was a bit small with limited storage, but clean and comfy. Staff were super friendly and helpful. It’s about a 20–25 min walk to the city center, and right by the tram and bus stop—really convenient. The breakfast buffet was tasty and affordable. Only downside was the vending machines didn’t work and there’s no food service at night, but plenty of delivery options nearby. Cool, modern vibe—and yes, you can even play an electric guitar in your room!

This was a great hotel located next to a convenient Tram station. They were very kind and attentive, and the free cappuccinos were an excellent way to start the day! The room was clean and comfortable, we had a great stay.

The hotel is in a decent area that has easy access to public transportation. It’s about a 20 minute walk to most shopping and dining options. It felt safe to walk around at night. Staff was friendly but almost everything is self service.
