June 2026, we had a positive experience with this property. Check in went smoothly and communication was good. No problem with the door locks and outlets. No problems with the bathrooms and the washer/dryer was actually the best of several we used at different stops on our recent trip. The bed configuration was a little different than shown in the photos; it may be that they change the bedding configuration based on how many guests are staying there. For our group of 5, one of the bedrooms (the one with the floral wallpaper) was large enough to hold two beds (a queen? and also a single). The smaller bedroom had a single bed. Then, there was also a double bed set up where the futon is shown in the photos. Yes, it was in the kitchen and that was a little awkward, but we were not in Florence to hang out in the kitchen anyway! The location was fantastic for us, with very popular pizza place acroos the street and gelato and Santo Spirito Square just steps from the front door, and an easy walk to the Arno River bridges. The building did have a (tiny) elevator, which was nice when we were bringing in our backpacks. There are 4 flights of stairs as the flat is on what Italians count as the 3rd floor (Americans would call it the 4th floor). Overall, this flat was the best value out of the 5 properties we stayed at on our different stops during our recent trip.
