The good the bad and the ugly.
The apartment is well furnished, quality dresser draws, lounge dining room table chairs etc. Good location with the sea across the road. But let down by the kitchen.
The range hood was missing, so no light over the cook top or odour removal. The oven timer didn’t work, the only cutting board was a small square of plastic with bits breaking off. The toaster would burn the toast even on the low setting! On the kitchen plus side there was a good supply of cling wrap, al foil.
Other problems were you couldn’t lock the balcony screen door. The TV antenna socket, the top one, is loose and reception would come and go. Needed to get up and wiggle the plug to restore.
Being a straight road out front Hoons at night would occasionally use it as a race track.
There are locked garages at the rear but no key suppled so I had to park on the road all the time. Having a new car I was concerned about being side swiped.
But otherwise a nice place.
