Floors were dirty, courtyard a little difficult to get to from the road. Cheap materials, plastic showerhead, someone knocked on our door multiple times at 2am and there was no peephole on the door for us to see who it was. Checked out a day early and found a different hotel.

Standard and clean room, no big complaints. Only small ones. 1) walls are paper thin. you can seriously hear a normal conversation through the walls 2) don't stay here during cold weather/wind storm - a strong draft gets right through the closed and locked door. I had to ghetto rig tying a string from the door handle to the closet door to fully get the door closed. 3) probably the saddest complimentary breakfast I've ever seen

my room was clean . the staff kept me in clean towels and bathroom stuff and they were friendly. the free breakfast is a good supplement to the room. this was my second year at Casa Pellegrino and ill probably book again next winter vacation. I also love the location , steps from the Boardwalk.

The room didn’t have a balcony like it said in description, the bed and pillows were so uncomfortable. Lastly, the free breakfast was awful just bread and very few choices on any healthy food options.

It wasn’t clear when I booked the room that the check in office was at a different location. This should be made clear when you book the room. Also, there was no mention of a $28 service fee or a $100 deposit. I called in advance to ask about check in instructions and was only told they’re there until 4 AM, so to arrive and not be able to figure out where to go was frustrating after a long day of travel.

What can I say about this? I was extremely upset, my day off was ruined. The people working at the check-in are completely rude and impolite. I don't know who wrote the good reviews, but they are not true. It doesn't correspond to reality. Everything is dirty, the windows, the bathroom floors, the doors don't work. I had to call someone to open the door and close the door, which is very inconvenient. The linens are very cheap quality, and there aren't even basic normal towels.
