The hotel was clean and generally nice. Shuttle service to and from the airport was very good but The breakfast options are limited. The 2 most critical aspects of a hotel stay are a comfortable bed and a hot shower. While the bed was comfortable, the shower didn't work. We tried everything to make it work. Instead we were forced to fill the bath and wash ourselves. When I informed the front desk prior to check-out, they argued that their showers work and that there is a trick to them. I assure you, there is no trick, but if there was, shouldn't that be explained at check-in? I asked for some compensation and they refused. They told me I would have to speak with the manager and they couldn't tell me where this manager was or how to reach them. Overall, I was very disappointed in how this was handled and won't be returning.

I would never book here again. The walls and floors were paper thin. The shower floor was horrible. You needed a paper parking permit to park. The room smelled like mildew. There was some type of substance on the curtains. The only plus I enjoyed was how close it was to the airport!

The front desk staff were very kind and welcoming. However, we are very disappointed in our stay. Our room was not cleaned properly and had a terrible smell to it. One of the workers also walked into our room while we were in there and then quickly walked out when she realized. The price definitely does not match the quality of stay. Our mattress was dirty, the flat sheet did not fit the bed. There was dirt all along the corners of the walls in the bathroom. Etc.

Would not stay here again!

Never been harassed more! Was running late and told the staff who literally came into our room at 10:45 am, Fifteen minutes prior to checkout, and told them we needed a late checkout! Following this we got more phone calls and knocks on our door! Had to go down to the front desk to pay $50 per hour for a late checkout! Not sure why they couldn’t just charge the card that I swiped at check in when told them at 10:45 am!! Would never ever stay here again!!!

The air worked great. The beds were super comfortable. It was quiet and private. It could’ve been a little cleaner, the water pressure was very low, and two out five front desk staff were extremely rude.

My room had mold on the curtains, and my sheets were stained. I took pictures to show. I went to the front desk to show what transpired in my room and a African American lady did not get her name was very rude. She did not acknowledge me and gave me an attitude as if I was bothering her. I immediately asked to speak to the manager who then came out to assist me. He was a very nice gentlemen. All of other front desk agents were pleasant except this one lady. She does not smile and does not have a welcoming attitude. I went back to the front desk the following day because I was promised that my room would have received a deep cleaning but they used the same sheets on the bed (the room attendant only flipped the sheet so the stains were not visible.
