When I arrived it was cold. My room apparently didn’t have heat. There’s a thermostat on the wall that didn’t seem to do anything. I checked the heating/cooling unit by the window and it wouldn’t produce heat. I crawled under the covers and stayed warm. The pickup at FFL-waited an hour and six calls before a van arrived. The other van that says Hyatt Place wouldn’t take us. They deliver to a different Hyatt Place. It was cold and windy.

Staff were nice, breakfast was adequate but breakfast room is too small with not enough tables. Room was disappointing for the price of £180 per night. Rooms need renovating, bath was stained, mattress on both beds were terrible. Sink in the room instead of bathroom makes everyone wake up if you get up in the night, as you have to turn the light on. Would not stay here again.

We had a great room and breakfast was very nice. The hotel was near restaurants and other shopping. The hotel offered free pick up at the airport. We went to the cruise port and for a minimum fee but well worth it.
