I was unable to complete my stay at this property. The sheets were dirty and the room was filled with smoke, as I walked into the room I literally has to turn right back out. Currently ensuring that my refund is processed.

The 1st room he checked me into the floor was so nasty you can slide on it with your shoes on and the bathroom walls grout was black everywhere. I asked for another room and the bathroom wasn’t clean either so I went and bought cleaner and cleaned the bathroom for myself. I would NEVER stay there again!

Worst hotel

This was the worst hotel stay ever. Roaches, mold on bathroom wall, rust over stove, kitchen chairs tore, microwave had so much rust. Never again. I can't believe they offer me to stay at that hotel

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. • Dirty Room & Bathroom: The bathtub and tiles were filthy, covered in stains and grime. The sink and counters in the kitchen area were dirty with old food residue, and even the fridge had grime on top. It’s obvious housekeeping and maintenance are not a priority here. • Room Issues: The remote didn’t even have batteries, and when I asked at the front desk, they didn’t have any to provide. The door to the room also didn’t close properly, which felt unsafe. • Unsafe Environment: The property felt more like a hangout spot than a hotel. There were groups of people sitting outside in lawn chairs, smoking and talking loudly. I even had to squeeze past people in the hallway just to get into my room, which was very uncomfortable. • Overall: The place felt dirty, unsafe, and poorly managed. Definitely not worth the money, and I would never stay here again. If you value cleanliness, safety, and basic hospitality, stay far away from this place.

The property was fine except I didn't like the flooring. It made my feet feel damp and dirty. I also didn't like the fact that there was no working telephone in the room. I think there should have been one, even though we were allowed to use one in the office. Gina G. 08.13.25

I didn’t like having to move to another room because the carpet needed to be removed. I am a senior citizen, so it was not easy to go back and forth emptying my room. There was mold in the bathroom tiles, but I took care of that. All in all, I am satisfied with ESA and will always book my rooms with this facility.

Extremely poor conditions of the room the bathroom was absolutely disgusting. They were broken needles throughout the property check in took about 40 minutes as they were having conversation with each other and not acknowledging us. We checked out immediately after checking in there was blood on the floor in the elevator. Definitely not the expectation I had from an Expedia reservation.

DO NOT EVER RESIDE AT THIS DUMP! REFUND REFUND!!!

The hotel was smelling of complete urine on the walkway to my room on the 2nd floor. Once inside the toilet was LEAKING WATER and they had a serious problem with ROACHES.

Property was in appalling state. Room had dirty carpets, sheets. Dirty and stained carpet. Smelled wet and musty. We left after 3 hours to find another hotel. Unfinished repair in the bathroom. Cracked faucet. Rusty shelf in freezer/fridge. Used wrappers under bed. Lamp and clock were not even plugged in. Currently requesting a full refund.
