When I arrived I was told that they did not see my booking and they had no rooms available. I had to get a taxi to take my family and I to another hotel where I was able to pay for accomodation for that night. I was told that since I purchased from a third party Orbitz.com that I would have to seek a refund from them. I am still trying to get my refund.
