Great spot for a sunny hassle free stay. Safe, Quite area. Nice size 2 bedrooms and one bath. Bedroom has a comfortable King bed, bedroom 2 offers a comfortable queen bed with a small pull out sofa. The kitchen has granite tops, stainless appliances and a full size washer and dryer. Plenty of parking for 4+ cars. There is a small side yard and screen room. High speed internet and Xfinity cable with 42 inch flat screen TV. Short walk to Deerfield beach and one block to tons of restaurants and bars.
We supply all bedding, towels, beach chairs and full kitchen supply's.

Comfortable Stay at a Great Location

The house is in a perfect location for an extended stay. We were in Deerfield for 3 weeks, with great restaurants, the beach and a Publix within walking distance. We brought our tandem bicycle, which was easy to store in one of the bedrooms. The area was great for riding. Plenty of residential streets with minimal traffic to get a 20 mile ride in. The bedrooms and other spaces are all large and comfortable. Hot water was great and plentiful. The owner was extremely responsive. When we discovered a leak under the bathroom sink, he was there the next morning to install a new faucet. We already rebooked this property for 3 weeks next year.

Great location, superb host

Wonderful little spot in walking distance to shops, bars, beach and grocery. Host was extremely accommodating and took care of everything we needed. A/C unit was very loud in the common space but otherwise a great stay! Will look forward to staying here on our next trip!

Great winter escape

We enjoyed this property immensely. Very clean and a quiet neighborhood with a walk to the beach every morning for exercise. Beach is crowded on Sunday but just wonderful all week long. The internet is fast enough that you can work remotely — just don’t tell your co-workers you’re in Florida!

Amazing full home rental

After viewing the online video of this house was excited about staying for a full week. Area was quite for ultimate resting at night. Only a 12-15 minute walk to Deerfield beach. Speaking to the manager was hassle free. Would highly recommend this house for anyone who would like to spend there vacation around the ft Lauderdale area.
