Within walking distance to a nice shopping area with a lot of restaurants and kids activities. I wish there’s more accessible options for pharmacy or convenience stores just to pick up some snacks or water/drinks before getting on a cruise

Stayed in a two bedroom with full kitchen. Paid over $400 for 1 night to get these accommodations. The sheets were clean but the beds were so awful that I had to sleep on the sofa. One toilet ran all night no matter what we did. We ended up turning the water off to it as it was so loud. They didn't vacuum the room, nor dust it very well. The kitchen floor was covered in smashed raspberries. Since we have food allergies and I picked this hotel for the full kitchen. I was very displeased that we had only 1 small pot, and no spatula or anything to cook with. During the night a group of teens were hanging out in the halls, playing music, running, and just being kids. But it was so loud and made it feel unsafe. Overall it was an awful experience and I would highly recommend staying anywhere but here. The only pros: They offered free transportation from the airport. And check in was quick and on time.

I always like staying here because it has a cozy home like feel. That being said the property definitely needs some upgrades and needs some renovations considering it’s been the same for many years. The cleanliness could definitely be a lot better. There was hair on the pillows in my room and plastic wrappers left in the shower. You could tell it wasn’t cleaned thoroughly. Breakfast is always decent and they normally have a good variety. And the area is very convenient because of all the shops and food near by there is plenty to do in the area. The customer service was average.

Very happy with our one night stay. Location is fantastic for some shopping and restaurants. One moment of unhappiness when we requested front desk for a taxi. They couldnt or wouldnt call us a taxi. They claimed they knew someone who could do it. It sounded suspicious. Luckily enough with their help, we made the shuttle to our cruise. Advise, book a shuttle ahead of time.

Excellent stay

The front desk staff was so helpful and friendly. The shuttles were always on time and friendly. Every hotel staff person that I saw greeted me. The rooms were great and the beds were very comfortable. This hotel is within walking distance of so many shops and resteraunts. I will stay here again.
