Loved the room. It was spacious and met our needs. The room was very clean and in a quiet area on the highest floor as we requested. The front desk were very welcoming . The daily hot breakfast met our expectations. I would highly recommend this hotel .

It would have been a 5 start BUT upon checking out, the elevators stopped working so I had to carry all of our luggage down the stairs (we were on the 3rd floor) with three small children, one being a one year old plus his stroller so that was a huge inconvenience and I left my number at the front desk for the manager to call me to figure out what I can be compensated with for the inconvenience and I still have yet to receive a phone call, which is why I gave it a three star.

Room was perfect and check in simple. The bartender was a super neat man that shared many stories of your city. The only concern I had was the front desk would not answer their phones. I had to get dressed to go downstairs to speak to the clerk. The clerk was on her personal phone.
