Staff exceptionally helpful and friendly. Wish I would’ve been able to walk to Dania Pointe, traffic too busy in the area. My room smelt a little musty, but overall clean. The fitness center and pool were nice and clean as well.

This property definitely has great potential. I-95 is literally outside your window and we can hear all of it all day . Impossible to sleep through it . The carpets look old and sad and need an upgrade. The hall ways carry a smell of something like mold.

The hotel served its purpose. We got in a day early before our cruise. The staff was just not customer service oriented. The complimentary shuttle driver they had that took us to the restaurant. Was so rude and unfriendly. It has the Sheraton name next to the hotel but definitely not a Sheraton experience.

The room I was given was a handicapped room and when I booked online I made sure to not select the handicapped room. This was really frustrating after a long day and having to take a cab to the property as shuttle stops at 11pm and my flight was delayed.

Disappointing

I booked a king room with a couch but was given a standard room with two full-size beds instead. I was too tired to argue or go through the hassle of complaining. I was not impressed with the room overall. The hallways smelled strongly of weed, and the presence of a security officer patrolling the halls did not inspire confidence in the hotel’s safety.
