The staff went above and beyond, first to fix my television and then to offer my team a private room to work on a joint presentation. Shawnee was particularly amazing. She made me feel right at home, was great at communication, and made me feel like part of the family. I will come back just for her! The IT tech who helped with the TV fix was also very nice.

Service was excellent as my first room smelled heavily of cigarette smoke, and the night manager gave me a new room. Also, some of the best continental breakfast. There was an outlet near the beds that constantly made a sound, and the bathtub faucet dripped; other than that, pretty good experience

I stayed here for one night to catch a cruise the next day and it couldn’t have been more convenient. Each way from the airport to the hotel and from the hotel took roughly 15 minutes. Not only was the location convenient but the parking garage, customer service, and room was everything a guest can ask for. (Free) Breakfast was from 6-10am and had a wonderful display of different foods which was nice to see being that I don’t eat pork products. I would definitely book again.
