Very clean. Accessible beach with complementary beach chairs and umbrella. Nice and clean pool. The staff were very friendly including the valet parking guys. Room was nice and clean also. Quiet place. WiFi was good. Tv channels selection was pretty decent. Definitely we will return. It was pleasant.

Nickle and dimed to death

They advertise that you will get a good rate on a beachside hotel. However, they also charge about $40 a day for parking, plus in order to request a late check out, they charge you for that as well. And, I asked for a King bed due to our situation, and guess what…for a fee they could do that for us. So your great rate ends up being the same or higher than you would have gotten at other hotels. Also our room was TINY. Could barely walk around the queen size bed. If you don’t mind spending a lot more money than anticipated, it’s clean, easy access to the beach, and good free bfast.

We had the king suite with ocean view. The room was fantastic and we had direct access to beach, which was great! No walking across traffic to get there. I know that they were undergoing new management during our stay, and didn't have everything in order in that regard, but all staff were extremely nice and accommodating. They even provided beach chairs, umbrella, and towels. If I were to make any improvements, it would be to have the restaurant/bar open in the evening. While we were there it was only open until 3:00 pm (it was off-season, so this may be normal), but it would have been nice to have a cocktail and a meal there instead of having to leave the property. They did have free breakfast that we enjoyed, but it would have been nice to be able to take that up to our room, which wasn't an option. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would book there again!

This property was amazing. The view from our room was truly awesome. Was right on the beach. I will definitely be coming back here for my next staycation. The suite was very clean. The continental breakfast was good. Parking was very easy and valet always had my vehicle ready to go when I would go out for the day. Price was amazing. All in all great place.

We were happy with the facility, rooms were clean, and easy access to beach. There was a lean staff but they offered room essentials for guests to help themselves which was great. That said, they offered continental breakfast but when the food was gone they didn’t bring out any more. A lot of guests were left without eating. And we were told that there would not be any breakfast offered on Monday, which was Labor day. What??? Beach chairs were in bad condition, some of them were falling apart and they didn’t have enough umbrellas.

We saw many negative reviews about hidden fees, poor beach maintenance, and valet parking issues, but we decided to proceed with our stay, managing expectations since we had already paid. The hotel had recently switched from Sonder to Kasa on July 31, 2025, and we stayed in August. Fortunately, our experience was amazing! None of the complaints we read seemed valid anymore. The private beach offered complimentary chairs and umbrellas, and towels were readily available in the lobby. We appreciated the complimentary amenities, including shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, toilet paper, plates, cups, razors, toothbrushes, as well as free cans of water, coffee capsules, and occasional fruit. While cleaning services were not daily unless requested, this suited us well. The setup felt like home, complete with a kitchen featuring a microwave, coffee machine, and sink. We could leave dirty towels and garbage outside our room for pickup, which was convenient. The only drawback was weak shower pressure, though temperature was fine. The staff, especially the valet team, Nettew and Yuron, were super friendly. We used an app to request our car, and it was ready by the time we reached the elevator. They never solicited tips, but we chose to tip for their excellent service. The nearest are a 7-11 and some eateries in Deerfield, about a 5-minute drive or a 35-minute walk. Most guests rented cars or used Uber. If we travel again, we would definitely return!

It was very clean, very nice room, the beach is right there with the option to use chairs and umbrellas, the pool was nice and nice. I would highly recommend and would definitely stay there again.
