Mediocre at best

Bed was very comfortable but room was tired and the carpet was filthy. Front desk offered twice to add my stay to my points account but nothing is showing. This property is mediocre and not the typical standard of other IHG properties where I have stayed.

Do not stay here

The stay was for a 5 hours, the place is dirty. U have to use your room key for everything including elevator, guest bathroom. The check out staff was slow and pretty much ignored u. We wait 20 mins for the shuttle even tho i asked 3 times where it was with no response. I will never stay there again

Ive seen trap houses nicer then this holiday in an they are gonna Charge your card for anything they can Like Parking in their holiday inn parking lot smh. Ceiling falling in in hotel room shower rigged barley get it to work not clean. Its one of them hotels where you gotta sleep with the light on. Elevators have fun going to every floor but the one you selected if your key even works like mine didn't after a day i couldn't get into hotel from parking garage

Perfect. Met all requirements.

Fantastic. No frills stay but the staff are excellent, accommodating. Clean, comfortable rooms. Nice breakfast. And, complimentary shuttle to/from the airport. Located near some good restaurants and a drug store.

It could be terrible or fine

The room we booked and were checked into was terrible. Less than 1 star. I mean it was so gross we were going to leave. The customer service agent at the front desk saw our pictures and moved us to another room which was far better and cleaner. The new room was 3 stars and fit the need. The pool was dirty and missing pieces at the bottom. I don't know how to describe the missing pieces but it's like broken stucco. The breakfast was actually pretty well appointed and the lady that covered everything worked hard and did it by herself. There's numerous restaurants in the area and you're on a major street. You don't have to walk anywhere. You can take a bus to the beach for close to nothing. The busses run every 15 minutes but no one tells you this. They really should! We did walk to our cruise ship and it was about 15 minutes total walking time with 2 11 year old children. The cost to be transported there was quoted as best case $60 and worst case $120 depending if they wanted to charge us for the 2 children. We saved the money and walked. There is free transport to the airport both ways.
