The hotel is advertised as a beach resort with lounge chairs and umbrellas for guests. However the beach in front of the hotel was reserved by an independent jet ski rental business. They did rent lounge chairs ($20) and umbrellas at $15 more but those had to be set up adjacent to the jet skis with all the fumes. When we discussed this with the manager on duty, she was rude and dismissive. The room was OK but the bathroom was very cramped. Bumped my head on the glass shower wall on entering! The toilet tissue was the cheapest, lowest quality I have ever seen. The included breakfasts were limited in scope and also very poor quality. All in all, a very disappointing stay.

The main desk staff was rude.Went to reserved room and it wasn’t cleaned. Was assigned two queens instead of a king with large a/c unit to view instead of ocean.The air conditioner in room didn’t work.Too much noise with doors slamming and thin walls. I would not recommend this hotel.

Housekeeping was was very sub-par! We had 2 double beds that were slept in every night, and they only made one of them every single night. They didn't clean the room or empty trash. The water was yellow, so we had to buy bottled water at a ridiculous price to make coffee, and then the coffee creamer was so old that it was a rock. We returned to our room exhausted from a long day on our last night to a room with no towels! They took the dirty ones and didn't leave any! We had to be up at 3:30am and were over it! The concierge only recommended the very expensive Italian restaurant next door and didn't offer any other guidance about other places to eat. One of the reasons we chose this hotel was because it had a hot tub, but we never got to use it, because it was always full and it was closed at dusk. Absolutely a disappointing stay to say the least!
