The property was great. The buisings were a little older and nothing fancy, but were clean and perfect location. Easy to walk to the boardwam and beach. Koved the access to food and fun. We were barely in our room anyway so we were not looking for anything fancy. Exactly what we needed.

Pay an extra $100 and go anywhere else. I felt unsafe with men sitting outside of my door all night long. So loud I am now coming home to catchup on sleep. The indoor ac, people outside doing drugs and/or drinking all night in front of the room and the fact that this is attached to a restaurant that blasts music into your window till late in the evening made me want to leave early. There isn't coffee in the room, cups or even a pen. Never again. Check in takes 20-30 mins due to the fact that they do not allow complimentary early check in, so every guest is in a small waiting room with a line out of the door at the same time. Yikes. Dreadful. Just go to a resort.

Expensive for what you get.

No hot water in room, no coffee, no cups to drink water with, poor acoustics for tv watching, could hear ppl on neighboring rooms, parking fee $30 for overnight stay and they dont guarantee a parking spot.

A mistake on my part when booking. I shorted my stay by one day. I was in a business meeting when I receive the notice to check out of the room. I was told via text I have until 1pm to leave the room. I got to my room at 12:30pm, to find my bags packed and brought to the front desk. My custom leather jacket was jammed in my suitcase, along with my vitamins and toiletries. I am particularly sensitive and about my personal effects. I will not return!

Family vacation

My favorite part was the closeness to the boardwalk and beach. They had beach towels ready daily for use and beach toys/chairs available for use as well. I appreciated the friendly staff they were always willing to help accommodate our needs with smiles. We had a small kitchenette in our room which was great for our week stay and trying to cut costs of eating out. Downfall would be parking, we paid $30 daily which is not a cost I factored in, there is no free parking in the area. The attached restaurant is a very yummy place to eat and you get a discount there from the hotel which was a bonus. Overall was an okay place to stay and would probably stay there again.

Hidden gem

We have stayed here before. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Rooms are large and very clean. We always stay here before a cruise. It is steps from the beach and the Taco Shack!!
