Their booking office relayed us to a credit card scam when attempting to cancel booking prior to stay. Television not operating. Customer wifi didn't connect. Had to get staff password to do work on my laptop. Toilet didn't flush. Good shower pressure but surround leaked and flooded bathroom. Thin walls. "Bonus" free beverage and discount at attached restaurant was not appetizing. A few pleasant staff (and a few not so much) but overall dysfunctional operation.

The location by the beach was excellent but this is a pretty old and well worn hotel. The bed was barely acceptable. The cable TV was literally impossible to use because the box was pinned to the TV mount behind the TV. To change channel you literally had to stand up and aim the remote to the side of the TV. Can you imagine?! Front desk, blamed maintenance, saying they were not very smart lol. Coffee in the morning was the worst I've ever had. Thin as tea. Powdered milk. Cheap. All in all, it was convenient for a few nights before our cruise and for about $125 a night x two it was fair for the great location. Hollywood Beach was a blast, beautiful swimming, and they had great concerts down by the Margaritaville hotel on the boardwalk.

The staff was amazing, friendly and helpful. The room was clean, cute and comfortable. I loved the location. Literally a 1/2 block to the beach, with some bars, restaurants. The Taco Beach Shack out front had good food, friendly service and a pretty good Margarita, too. I will likely come back for a few days. I only had 1 night before getting on a cruise this time.

The first issue was the room was on the 2nd floor with no elevator and we had 5 bags for 2 people. The stairwell to get up to the room was also small and curved. Additionally when we got to the room we found it had no thermostat control which had to be done through the front desk for room. Also the floor near the bathtub was soft which made it difficult to use the toilet or shower. I've stayed here before in other rooms which were much better. The morning of checkout both of our keys deactivated early and had to be reprogammed. The morning of checkout we were also refused the 20% discount at their restaurant since we had already checked out an hour prior. Overall disappointed in this stay. Staff was helpful and nice. I would not recommend any of the rooms above the lobby (I Building).

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 4/5 Overall, a really good stay! The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the attached restaurant was super convenient and had great food. The AC worked really well and kept the room nice and cold (though it was a bit loud at night). The bathroom setup was a little strange — more like a gym bathroom with stalls — but everything was clean and functional. It’s a great spot for families too, with a bunk bed and two full beds in the room. I’d definitely stay here again!
