Good communication from host but place needs some upkeep. Hole in wall, damaged paint throughout, bathroom needs a complete overhaul. Great location if you are hanging out on wilton drive.

Spacious,Neat and clean room. Kitchen equipped with basics for snacking or even light meal prep. Quiet end of 9th ave. We walked to the bars and clubs several times.

The process of renting the Wilton Manors apartment was extremely easy! The Coco Del My at team was prompt with all messaging!! The unit was clean and the picture online was the exact same!
