Good value for the money. Staff was helpful and friendly. I had a red eye flight in the morning so the free shuttle was no help, so that was disappointing but I just needed a few hours sleep so the value was here.

We appreciated the shuttle coming to pick us up from the airport as soon as we arrived. This was a fine hotel for spending the night before boarding our cruise (and the shuttle to the cruise port was excellent as well). The only drawback to this location was the lack of places to eat close by. We didn't have a car and the little food truck that's in their parking lot, where we thought we'd eat dinner, never opened despite being told they'd open at 6 pm. We ended up buying a sandwich from the little snack shop at the hotel, which worked in a pinch.

I booked a 2 night stay at this hotel, the second day I left my clothes folded on top of the table before I left to go run some errands and when I returned later that night my clothes were not anywhere. I then went to the front desk and the hotel staff had no clue on what to do and acted like it wasn’t happening. The following morning before my check out 6:45am, I went to the front desk again and asked a different person what was going to happen, since I had a flight at 10:30am at that morning, I wanted to know what was going to happen…? No clothes no answer no accountability… then the manager Viviane came upfront and asked if I could wait unti 7:45am but since I had a lot of luggage and had to get to the airport I told her I was not able to wait, but since it didn’t look like they were not able to locate my clothes, she thought that room service had disposed of my things, I offered her to provide me a voucher to come back to the hotel, she said she would get back to me thru email and a whole week later, not response whatsoever. The location of the hotel is definitely good since it is close to the FFL airport but the staff and accommodation will keep you wondering.
