The property was an old facility with old furniture in rooms and metal beds. Bed had only sheets and a thin blanket, no top comforter and floor not carpeted. Air conditioner was very noisy. Only one elevator for entire facility. I saw a roach in my room. The staff was ok.

The hotel is old and run down, maybe a little cheesy, but it was clean with a comfy bed, the food was good and the shuttle service & customer service were good.

The shuttle service was poor. Very long wait at the airport (over an hour) then the shuttle took other guests to their hotel first (which is serviced by the same shuttle) over 30 minutes away. The shuttle to the cruise port was also packed with a long wait. Get an Uber/Lyft, the $10 is well worth it. The hotel is ok but chaotic and packed. It’s clean considering the number of people coming and going. There is a nice park across from the hotel and it’s definitely worth checking it out. Great boardwalk and walking trails.

First of all, it's not what they show in the pictures, furniture is old and doesn't have a good maintenance, the staff isn't very kind, I want my money back ,because its not fair the price, and the smell it's not very pleasant, and besides I received a package in the hotel and they said they didn't received it, later on I called and told me my package was there, we didn't stay at the hotel , we just couldn't stand it, don't recomend it, besides the price is not worth it

Hotel is dated. We stayed pre-cruise. Took over an hour to get the airport shuttle. Location is near nothing within walking distance. Only one restaurant, whcih is onsite. Checkin is at 3:00 sharp, no earlier unless you want to pay around 15% more at checkin. Rooms are exterior door access. Staff were curteous but not overly friendly. Charged to print out anything (we needed luggage tags printed, 4 sheets of paper were $1). Transfer to the criuse port was so easy and efficient.

The staff were okay - some friendlier than others. I was totally ignored at the on premises restaurant. The walls are very thin, though everyone quieted down by 10. And I had a cockroach in my bathroom
