Disliked: Cleanliness
Room conditions upon arrival were disappointing. The couch was broken, and it took approximately two hours for management to address the issue. The air conditioning was also not working initially and required about an hour to be repaired. The bathroom cleanliness was below standard, and hot water took roughly five minutes to warm up. The overall property appeared poorly maintained and not as advertised. Notably, the listing photos featured a neighboring building rather than the actual property, and there was no pool despite it being listed. Additionally, there is a large construction project directly across the street, with noise beginning around 8:30 AM each day, including jackhammering. Overall, this stay did not meet expectations. I would rate it 1 out of 5 stars.

The location was the best part. The room itself was more rundown than the pictures appeared. The bed was caving in the middle, very uncomfortable. The hot water took 15 minutes to get going which was a chore.
