Perfect!

Everything was exactly as the pictures. The host was super and responsive to any of our requests. We really enjoyed the property and the short walk to the beach. Restaurants and groceries were a short drive away.

Great Location with Private beach

We truly enjoyed our stay. Quiet community and the house was super nice. Newly remodeled and clean. Kitchen pretty well equipped with Regular and keurig coffee makers and new appliances. Beds were quite comfortable. The weber grill has seen better days though and we were reluctant to use it. We had a rocky start with lack of beach gear ( chairs, cooler, umbrella) but Michelle did have them brought the next day. There is a beach wagon but not enough beach towels. The towels in general need replaced. Our only disappointment was lack of use of the hot tub. It is run remotely from the owner and comes on from 6-8. We were usually at dinner then. He did accommodate us somewhat with a change in the 2 hr schedule but we would rather have had control of when we could use it. All that said we would definitely go back. The gated private beach within walking distance was such a plus. The house is for sale though so it may not be available again.

Very nice property

We really loved this house! It was very comfortable, spacious, very good location, beach and grocery is walking distance. There were beach chairs and 2 bicycles which was very nice. We only missed vacuum cleaner.
