We stayed for a week over the 4th of July holiday. The house is beautiful, with every amenity you could ask for. The pool is great and has enough shade, so you are not baking in the sun. The outdoor eating area by the grill is also great. Inside, everything was perfect; the kitchen has everything you need. Going up the stairs does get tiresome as the master is on the 3rd floor. All bedrooms are very spacious. The only thing we noticed was that the AC unit did not cool the 3rd floor as well as the other floors; we could not get the temperature below 74. However, this was not a dealbreaker. The beds were comfortable, and the bathrooms were clean. Each room has its own bathroom, except for two rooms that share one. The location is great, a 3-minute walk to the beach, and also a 5-minute drive to all the city amenities you might need. Overall, we loved the house and highly recommend it. We will definitely be staying here again.
