Suite #3 is a Luxury One Bedroom full furnished apartment. It has it's own private outdoor terrace with patio dining for 4. Free Washer & Dryer in the building.
The Heated Pool & Deck is shared with the 6 suites in the building. This unit is great for couples, solo adventurers, snowbirds & business travelers. Very close to the Wilton Drive Restaurants and Clubs! A 10 minute drive to Fort Lauderdale Beach!
There are 6 Luxury One Bedroom Fully Furnished Apartment Suites in the Building. All of the units have their own private outdoor garden terrace with table and chairs and a lounge chair. The entire property is beautifully lit at night with landscape lighting. Units 1, 2,3, have Queen beds and Units 4, 5, 6, have King beds.
The front doors of the units operate with a 4 digit number code that you will choose upon your confirmation. The code is changed each time a guest departs.
The owner Tom lives next door the building.
The neighborhood is extremely quiet and there is very little traffic in front of the building.

For our two week stay, we found the place very pleasant and comfortable. The unit was the perfect size for the two of us. We enjoyed the private outdoor space, and the common pool area and gardens are very well maintained and a great space to relax and enjoy the sun. The location was great as it was in easy walking distance to Wilton Drive, but far enough a way to be peaceful and relaxing. And the host, Tom, was amazing. He lives next door and was very responsive to our requests. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Location

I came to Broward County on business for 4 nights. The location is very central to all of the areas I needed to go, so it save me a lot of drive time compared to where I normally stay near the beach. The unit was clean, well equipped, and perfect for what I needed, eating at home, relaxing, etc. after work. Nice private patio, very nice private pool. I will be returning.

Charming!

GREAT place! Clean and has everything you need for your trip. Lovely private patio and a beautiful pool. The owner was so nice. Close to the Publix grocery store, Wilton Manors shops/restaurants, and the beach. We stayed in March 2023 for 3 nights, and will definitely be back! Thank you, Tom!

The property was very nice.I will be filing a complaint about VRBO in regard to price gauging and the blockage of phone numbers & e mail addresses that the owner & client TRY to exchange, Then we would have known to book on another site and save $$. VRBO prevented us from doing that.

Clean condo, beautiful pool and excellent location

The property was amazing. We were a little nervous about booking our first VRBO and this unit in particular, because the great price seemed to good to be true. It definitely exceeded our expectations, and we plan to book again soon.

Perfect Experience

Nice, clean, private place in good and quiet neighborhood of Wilton Manors, just like the pictures show. Good and fast communication with owner. Reasonably close to beaches, shopping, dinning and entertainment. Just the right place to unwind and relax from northern cold.
