okay hotel. great beach location.

this hotel is all about location, which is great! the staff was lacking in enthusiasm or customer service, they seemed overworked. the water refill option in the lovby was always running out and there was no water in the gym. the gym was pretty rundown and the music was blasting. the beach chairs were a nice option but also what shoild have been monitored for guests o ky was not at all, beach attendents looked like they mostly took naps. the hotel restaurant was lacking service as well. worth a walknto across the bridge to the surf boutique Mora and some breakfast and lunch spots that way. Kevins sushi and charm city burgers were good. it can be noisy with local bars and live music. lots of traffic on that strip but to be expected. rent the bikes offered by hotel (they offer a 50% off code) and take a stroll along A1A. our bathroom had poop schmear on the wall.

Perfect location by the Deerfield beach with several great restaurants nearby. The self parking is close by however there is not great lighting or sidewalk to get to the self-parking lot. They do offer Valet, however we prefer to get in and out on our own. The property is a bit dated, but everything was in working order and we were happy to stay there.

Excellent location directly across the beach and pier in the center of Deerfield Beach. The hotel is within walking distance to many local restaurants and gift shops. I really appreciated the complimentary beach loungers and umbrellas for guests. I was able to wake up and walk downstairs to watch the sunrise with a warm cup of coffee from the lobby cafe. Valet parking pretty much a necessity since beach parking is costly and extremely challenging to find. Would love to stay here again when pricing is better outside of spring and summer break windows.

The Wyndham Hotel in Deerfield Beach is a great place to stay if you want to be right next to the beach, have convenient parking, dining, and have a hassle free time for getting chairs and umbrellas on the beach The rooms were comfortable and the hotel has everything you need for a wonderful beach Vacation.

My wife and I stayed for 4 nights. Although the beachfront access is nice, the cleaning staff never cleaned the rooms before 5pm or unless we went to the front desk and complained. The staff left a lot to be desired. The hotel is a bit dated and could use a fresh coat of paint and some new rugs and better light inisde and out. The outside of the hotel is pretty much complete darkness at night. Not safe to walk aound after dark

Great views, suited the purpose of going to the beach daily. All of the Team were professional, courteous, and friendly. Would come back for another stay. Pier was under construction so it was closed to the public.

Comfortable, perfect for the beach bum in you. Comfortable beds. Enjoyed good meals at the hotel restaurant, as well as, sweets & gelato at the snack bar in the hotel. Open to the fresh air. Other good restaurants within walking distance.

Wonderful service… manager Ralph was so helpful.. great location.. beach chair/umbrella was terrific amenity.. the beach set up service was more than accommodating… would recommend in a hearbeat

Very beautiful stay in an oceanfront room , hotel is clean and beautiful. Small pool area but lots of chairs and chairs on the beach are plentiful but crowded . We bought our own chairs to get out of the crowd and sit by the water. Overall a great stay !

Positives first. The location was excellent. Right on the beach. Had ocean front room with beautiful view. Pool was very nice too. Now for the cons. Ghost ants all over the dresser in room. Balcony tiny. Can only stand Bathroom door had no lock and was a very heavy wooden sliding door. Room definitely needed updating. The lady serving the coffee and gelato in the lobby was quite rude and seemed to always run out of coffee. This is my first negative review. I myself rely on reviews and feel the customer should know even though I hate doing this!
