We spoke with the front desk and they offered a partial refund, but then they scolded us for not booking through a hotel directly and said that I would have to go through you for any type of compensation. We get there and the TV would not work so they set maintenance up to try to fix it. And finally said they couldn’t. Then they tell us they are going to try to find another TV but do not return until an hour and a half later now it’s past 11 PM and we are exhausted and have to get up to leave for a cruise early the next morning, they come back trying to replace the TV get it. Houng spend another 20 minutes in the room and cannot get it to work so we have no TV for our entire stay and we both fall asleep to the TV at night and watch the news in the morning so it was a horrible stay. In addition, the room was OK, but seems somewhat dirty with a lot of paint peeling in the bathroom and a stained tub. It was kind of disgusting.

The room was very nice and clean. Hallway had a bit of a stale odor. The area itself was not great but was close to a nice casino (walking distance). Shuttle service to airport which was a nice addition. Would stay again.

My stay at the hotel was great overall! Even though there was no parking spot available due to high occupancy, the staff was super helpful and made sure I was comfortable throughout my stay. The rooms were clean, the service was excellent, and the location was perfect. Definitely a nice experience despite the parking issue!

Front desk clerk who checked me in was so friendly and helpful. I forgot her name. Breakfast was not included was offered at an additional charge. Room was clean and my favorite was the water pressure in the shower, it was like a mini spa.
